Howard (Howie) David Falkin, 82, of West Hartford, died Feb. 1. He was the husband of Barbara Malley Falkin. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Edward and Ruth Falkin. He served in the U.S. Armed Forces. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Ethel Fried; his children and their families, Elise Anne Falkin, John, Alex and Sarah Healy, Leslie and Michael Fialkievicz, David and Margie Malley, Steven, Bonnie, Jacob and Matthew Malley, and Kenneth, Sara, Zev, Aaron and Alanna Malley; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
