Ilene (Joseph) Merin, 66, of Bloomfield, died Jan. 9. She was the wife of Mark J. Merin. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Kurt and Shirley Elsie (Glotzer) Joseph. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Jonathan L. Merin and his wife Andrea of Watertown, Mass., Seth J. Merin of Washington, D.C., and Eric S. Merin and his wife Rachel of New York, N.Y.; her granddaughter Eliana G. Merin; her brother Harvey Joseph and his wife Kathleen of Atlanta, Ga.; her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Michele and Bruce Campbell; her mother-in-law Dorothy Merin; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Carol Joseph Lubin, and her father-in-law David Merin.
