Elizabeth “Betty” Tovian, 90, of West Hartford, died Nov. 25. She was the widower of Matthew Tovian. She was the daughter of the late Julius and Minnie Zlotsky. She is survived by her daughter Fay Mannheim and her husband Philip of West Hartford; her brother Norman Zlotsky and his wife Judith of Lincoln, Neb.; her grandchildren, Michael Mannheim and his wife Jodie Baker of Windsor Locks, and Alexandra Carey and her husband Stephen of South Windsor; and several nieces and their families. She was also predeceased by her son William Tovian.
