Manuel Shimansky, aka Chubby Clark, 90, of New Britain, died Oct. 22. Born in New Britain, he was the son of Nathan and Rebecca Shimansky. He is survived by his partner Elizabeth Marino; his nieces and nephews, Michael Shimansky and wife Linda Kellam of Bridgeport, Sharon Shimansky Kraft and her husband David of Plantsville, Donald Drapel of Ocala, Fla., Sandra Mancino of Coldwater, Mich., and Linda and Jeff Rothberg of Del Ray Beach, Fla.; and their families. He was also predeceased by his siblings, George Shimansky, Silvia Shimansky Drapel, and Jeannette Shimansky Cohen.
