Thelma (Rush) Sack, 98, of West Hartford, died Nov. 22. She was the widow of Dr. Kenneth C. Sack. Born in Philadelphia, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Julius and Diana Rush. She is survived by her children, Judith Sagat and her husband Kenneth of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., Marjorie Winnick and her husband Jeffrey of South Windsor, and Gerald Sack and his wife Susan of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Jonathan Winnick and his wife Christine, Julie Nicholson and her husband William, Mark Sagat and his wife Kerri, Andrew Sagat and his wife Elizabeth, Rebecca Rush, Amanda Tavares and her husband Ricardo, and Julianna Wattley; her great-grandchildren, Sara, Noah, Leah, Preston, Ethan, Sari, Lila, Hannah, Ella, Annie, Shelby and Nora; and a nephew and niece. She was also predeceased by her brother, Bernard Rush, and her sister, Clare Rush.
