Dr. Saul A. Bell, 101, of Silver Spring, Md., died Nov. 22. He was the widower of Hope R. Bell. He is survived by his children, Michael Bell and his wife Barbara, Jonathan Bell and his wife Catherine, and David Bell and his wife Mary; his sister Lorraine Rosenberg; his grandchildren, Gabriel Bell, Daniel (Elspeth) Bell, Nicholas Bell, and Matthew (Carrie) Bell; and his great-granddaughter Gillian Hope Bell.
