Irwin Cohen, 85, of West Haven, died Sept. 1. He was the widower of JoAnn Cohen. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his children, Barry Lee Cohen of West Haven, and Marcee Jill Coppola and her husband Jay of Windsor; his grandchildren, Gregory Michael (Katie) Coppola and Kimberly Nicole Coppola; and his great-grandchild, James Coppola. He was also predeceased by his son, Ronald Philip Cohen, and a sister, Shirley Puklin.
