Rose Ann (Ziskis) Tanner, 66, of South Windsor, died August 9. She was the wife of Robert Tanner. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Abraham and Freda (Hurwitz) Ziskis. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Jennifer Chambles and her husband Kyle of Texas; her brother Harvey Ziskis of Florida; her sisters, Sharon Jacobs and her husband Leonard of Vernon, and Roberta Levine and her husband Edward of Florida; and her grandson Spencer Larson of North Carolina.
