Carol (Simon) Rosenbloom, 83 of West Hartford, died August 15. She was the widow of Bernard Rosenbloom. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Penn., she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Ruth (Weiss) Simon. She is survived by her children, Paul Rosenbloom and his wife Pam of Sturbridge, Mass., and Marcia Ginsburg and her husband Norm of Avon; and her granddaughters, Rachel Ginsburg-Kramer and her husband Dan, and Maya Ginsburg. She was predeceased by her brother Maury Simon.
