Alvin S. Quint, 92, of Del Ray Beach, Fla., formerly of West Hartford, died July 26. He was the husband of Helene Weiss Quint. He was the son of Elizabeth and Henry Quint and the brother of Burt Quint. He served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps. during World War II. He was a member of Beth El Temple. He is survived by his children, Geraldine Q. Smith of Del Ray Beach, Fla., and Michael H. Quint of Wayne, Penn.; his stepsons, Michael Eddy of Danbury, Steven Eddy of Seattle, Wash., and Peter Eddy of Glastonbury; his grandchildren, Daniel Smith, Robin Maguire, Alexandra Quint, and Jack Quint; his step-grandchildren, Rachel, Robert, and Juliana Eddy, and Jacob Eddy; and his great-grandchildren, Dory and Dillon Maguire.
