Anne (Rosenberg) Fabian, 99, of West Hartford, died August 12. She was the widow of Lou Fabian. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Julius and Katie (Levine) Rosenberg. She is survived by her children, Kenneth Fabian and his wife Sandra of Boxborough, Mass., Richard Fabian and his wife Barbara of Avon, and Abbe Primason and her husband Richard of Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y.; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Lawrence, Avril, Vera, Philip and Ethan. She was predeceased by her sister Terry (Jaffe) Pollick.
