Justice David Marshall Borden, 79, has died. He was the husband of Judith (Judy) Holland Borden. He was born in Hartford. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his brother, Walter Borden; sons Douglas Borden and his wife Tara Bordon, Tom Borden and his wife Amy Hoffmann; and his daughter Katherine Perkins and her husband Bruce; and his grandchildren, Brooks, Mason, Sebastian, Poppy and Maisy.
