Judith Rosenthal elected to Board of Children’s Museum

WEST HARTFORD – Judith R. Rosenthal of West Hartford has been elected to the Board of Trustees of The Children’s Museum in West Hartford.

Rosenthal is a human resources and marketing professional who specializes in re-employment, recruitment, event management, and fundraising functions. Currently, she is the principal and owner of JRR Associates, which offers services in recruiting, organizational development, job counseling, and leadership training across a variety of industries.

Rosenthal has a long history of leading community efforts and philanthropic endeavors. She was the recipient of the 2015 Human Relations Award from the National Conference for Community and Justice and the 2014 Family Champion Award from the Connecticut Council of Family Services.

In 2009, Rosenthal founded the Schmoozer Job Network, a job search networking group sponsored by Jewish Family Services of Greater Hartford, for which she continues to serve as volunteer program facilitator and moderator. Previously, she worked as a philanthropy partnership associate at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center and held vice president and officer positions at The Clinipad Corporation, Konover and Associates and Canberra Laboratories. She earned both her BS and MS degrees at Columbia University.
