Donald Kasden Deitch, 92, of West Hartford, died July 13. He was the widower of Lillian Wynn Deitch. Born in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Morris and Gertrude Deitch. He served with the 776th Antiaircraft Artillery Automatic Weapons Battalion of the U.S. Army in England, France, and Germany from 1943-1946. He was a member of Beth El Temple in West Hartford. He was also predeceased by his brother William. He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey Deitch of New York, and Jonathan Deitch of Coventry; his nephews, Bruce and Michael Deitch; his nieces, Julie Deitch and Phoebe Ramler; his sister-in-laws, Elaine Shain and Sybil Deitch; and his good friend Elaine Sanders.
