Ruth Palmer, 82, of New Haven, died June 4. Born in Dorohoi, Romania, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Lety Linscher. She is survived by her twin daughters, Iolanda and Anna Maria of New Haven and Timisoara, Romania; her sister Mary Bratu and her husband Marcel; and several nieces and nephews.
