Ethel (“Etty”) Lavinsky Norkin, 99, of Stamford, died May 31. She was the wife of Nathan Norkin. Born in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Celia and Morris Lavinsky. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Florence Friedman, Miriam Folb, and Elaine Siegel. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter Constance Norkin and her husband Christopher Lightfoot; and many nieces and nephews.
