Annette E. Bieber, 90, of Windsor, formerly of Bloomfield, died June 7. She was the widow of Martin Bieber. Born in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Elizabeth Bernstein and Edward Bieber. She is survived by her son David Bieber and his wife Cheri of East Greenwich, R.I.; her grandchildren, Ryan, Brendon and Eric Bieber; and her nieces and nephews.
