Merle Spiegel, 88, of Woodbridge, died April 26. She was the widow of Arthur Spiegel. Born in Salem, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Isaac and Rebecca–Rachel (Kramer) Shapiro. She is survived by her children, Carmi Spiegel and his wife Rachel of Merrick, N.Y., Ori Spiegel and his wife Debra of New Haven; her sister Charney Reichbart of Long Beach, N.Y.; and her grandchildren, Ariel, Abby and Zohar.
