Emanuel Posner, 102, of Farmington, formerly of West Hartford, died May 10. He was the widower of Florence (Leff) Posner. Born in New York, N.Y., he was the son of the late Jacob and Sophie (Fuchs) Posner. He is survived by his children, Howard Posner and his wife Wendy of Avon, and Barbara Simon and her husband Gordon of Somers, N.Y.; his brother Bernard Posner and his wife Eva of Westbury, N.Y.; his sister Harriett Brayman of Floral Park, N.Y.; six grandchildren, Melissa, Evan, Daniel, Kimberly, Andrea and Janice; and 19 great-grandchildren.
