Norman Shotten, of South Windsor, died April 8. He was the husband of Rosalyn Shotten. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Larry Shotten and his wife Nora, and Marlene Sigal and her husband Jeffrey; and his grandchildren, Nicole and Michael Sigal. HEBREW FUNERAL ASSOCIATION
