Rosalie Byer, 90, died April 10. She was the widow of Seymour Byer. She was born Rose Lillian Michlin in New Britain, the daughter of Hyman and Ida (Levy) Michlin. She is survived by her sister Marilyn Herman; her children, Jeffrey Byer, Carol Byer-Alcorace and her husband Frank, Alisa Germaine and her husband Steven, Richard Byer and his wife Janet, and Peter Byer and his wife Karen; her grandchildren, Gabriel and Alex Byer-Alcorace, Haley and Adam Germaine, James Byer, and Jack (Christine), Joseph and Claire Byer; and several nieces and nephews.
