Eileen Brown Weiblen, 73, died March 16. She was the wife of William A. Weiblen. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Cheaphas and Sophie Frank Brown. She was a member of Congregation Beth Israel in West Hartford. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Peter M. Weiblen of Narragansett, R.I., Elizabeth E. Weiblen with Randall W. Johnson of Avon; her brother Melvin Brown and his wife Joan of Burlington; and her grandchildren, Catriana and Jaelle Hersey; and several nieces and nephews.
