Ruth Herrup, 100, of West Hartford, died March 1. She was the widow of Max Silberstein and Albert Herrup. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Samuel Nathan Rosenstein and Elsie Tarlow Rosenstein. She is survived by her daughter Margo Silberstein of Washington, D.C, and her son Alex Silberstein and his wife Lynne of San Francisco; and her grandson Zacharie Silberstein of San Francisco.
