Claire (Biederman) Freeman, 84, of West Hartford, died March 14. She was the widow of Norman S. Freeman. Raised in Boston, Mass., she was the daughter of Esther and Benjamin Biederman. She was a longtime member of Temple Beth Israel. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Robert Biederman and Arnold Biederman, and her son, Kenneth Ober. She is survived by her son, Andrew Freeman and his wife Glenna of Old Greenwich; and her grandchildren, Emma and Noah.
