Dr. Douglas P. Shore of Guilford died Jan. 24. Born in New York City and raised on Long Island, he was the son of Marjorie Shore and the late Herbert Shore. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children, Ethan and Gabriel; his former wife Jessica Stein; and his brother Richard Shore.
