Frances (Frankie) Bell Miller, 95, of Fairfield, formerly of New Haven, died Dec. 28. She was the widow of Morton A. Miller. Born in Waterbury, she was the daughter of the late Morrys and Fanny Bell. She was a member of Congregation B’nai Jacob. She is survived by her children, Didi Gilbert and her husband David of Wellington, Fla., Harriet Miller of Massachusetts, and Lou Miller and his wife Nancy Collings of South Orange, N.J.; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
