Harold J. Lowe, 95, of West Hartford, died Dec. 27. He was the husband of Helen (Fegelman) Lowe. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Charles and Fanny Lavovitch. He served as a 1st Lt. in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Aaron M. Lowe and his wife Gina of Silver Spring, Md., and Charles D. Lowe and his wife Qing Zhang of Zhuhai, China; his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Karintha and Samuel Lowe; his sister Marilyn Millstone and her husband Burris of Adventura, Fla.; and a niece and a nephew. He was also predeceased by two sisters, Gladys and Doris Lowe.
