Elaine (Perlman) Vogel, 87, of West Hartford, died Nov. 25. She was the widow of David L. Vogel. Born in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Isabel (Engel) Perlman. She was a member of Beth Hillel Synagogue of Bloomfield and Beth Kodesh of Boynton Beach, Fla. She is survived by her children, William Vogel and his wife Stephanie of Brooklyn, N.Y., Eliot Vogel and his wife Karen of Penn Valley, Pa., and Harriet Vogel and her husband Russell Gontar of Medfield, Mass.; her grandchildren, Alisa Fox and her husband Chaim, Adina Vogel-Ayalon and her husband Yoni, Alexander Gontar, Davida Vogel and David Vogel; and several nieces and nephews.
