Jay Michael Starr, 68, of Merion Station, Pa. died Dec. 6. He was the husband of Deborah Satya. Born in Quincy, Mass. and raised in West Hartford, he was the son of Irene Godgart and the late Dr. Irving Star. In addition to his wife and his mother, he is survived by his son, Andy;  his brothers Richard of West Hartford, Larry of Newton, Mass.; and several nieces and nephew.
