Hebrew HealthCare’s Christmas Day Volunteer Program

As it does every year, Hebrew HealthCare in West Hartford seeks volunteers to work on Christmas Day, in order to relieve staff who wish the spend the holiday with their families. Tasks include: meal preparation, assistance with recreational programs, laundry and mail delivery, office duties, and offering the residents care, such as manicures. The program runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., in two-hour blocks of time. Registration is required.
