George Moskowitz, 91, of Bristol, died Nov. 15. He was the widower of Myra (Sherman) Moskowitz. Born in New York City and raised in Rockaway Park, N.Y., he was the son of the late Max and Sarah (Kolansky)Moskowitz. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member and past president of the former Beth Israel Synagogue in Bristol. He is survived by his sons, Mark Moskowitz of Bristol, and Michael Moskowitz and his wife Nancy of Morris; his grandchildren, Leisa Zadrick and her husband Michael, Matthew Moskowitz and his wife Jennifer, Craig Moskowitz and his wife Jaime, and Sheila Moskowitz; his great-grandchildren, Annabella, Mason, and Sadie; and many nieces and nephews. He was also predeceased by his daughter, Gayle Moskowitz, his daughter-in-law, Annie Moskowitz, and his siblings, Arthur and Mildred Moskowitz. FUNK FUNERAL HOME
