Alex Gorfain, 95, formerly of New Haven, died Nov. 13. He was the widower of Rose “Honey” (Milkoff) Gorfain. Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Isadore and Anna Gorfain. He was a veteran of World War II, decorated with multiple Purple Hearts and Bronze Stars. He is survived by his sister Faith Menard of Summit, N.J.
