Milton Gitlin, 94 of Boynton Beach, Fla. and West Hartford, died Nov. 17. He was the husband of Shirley Gitlin. He was a veteran of World War II, and was part of the Normandy invasion. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Joel and his wife Gail of South Windsor, Amy Marandino and her husband Peter of New Hartford, and Judith Duff and her husband Kevin of Bristol; his grandchildren, Rachel Gitlin of Brooklyn, N.Y., Allison Marandino and her fiancee Bowman Halligan of Boston, Mass., and Melissa Gilmore and her husband Brett; and his great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Caroline of Westwood, Mass.
