Debbie Levy, 60, of West Hartford, died Oct. 16. She was the wife of James Levy. She was the daughter of the late Doris and Herman Liebman. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughters, Emily and Stephanie; her brother, Steven Liebman and his wife Alberta and many relatives.
