More than 100 people gathered at Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford on Thursday evening, Sept. 17 for a discussion of the Iran nuclear deal led by synagogue member Jeremy Pressman, a professor of Middle East studies at the University of Connecticut. Pressman, a member of Emanuel, laid out the complexities of the issue, highlighting the pros and cons of the deal.
