Richard J. Sackter, 77, of Bloomfield, and Delray, Fla., died Sept. 2. He was the husband of Frances M. Sackter. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Milton and Lillian Sackter. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Robert Sackter and his wife Barbara, Wendi Hunt and her husband Jay, and Amy Peltz and her husband Mark; his grandchildren, Ashley, Samuel, Jessica, Alexander and Benjamin; his great-grandchildren, Auron, Raiden and Silas; and his sister Nancy Kamins and her husband David.
