Gloria Mandell Jacobs of Pittsburgh and Monroeville, Pa. died Sept. 17. She was the widow of Eugene. She was the daughter of the late Dora (Gordon) and Jules Mandell. She was also predeceased by her son, Steven Jacobs, and her twin sister, Ina Mae Moss. Gloria is survived by her children, David (Hartford), Michael (Pittsburgh) and Vincent Katz, and Amy (Murrysville) and Alan Pesarchick (Greensburg); her brother Shepard William and Patty Mandell (Zelienople); her granddaughter, Coral Everlyn Jacobs (Denver); and her Sacramento nieces and nephews, Frederick Moss, Stephanie Sands and Lynda Kirk. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment at Tree of Life Memorial Park.
