Esther Avigdor, 85, formerly of West Hartford, passed away the day after Rosh Hashonah surrounded by her family. For over 61 years, she was a loyal, faithful wife to Rabbi Isaac C. Avigdor, who for many years was rabbi of the United Synagogues of Greater Hartford. She was the beloved mother of Rabbis David, Mordechai, Merrill, and Yaakov Moshe Avigdor; grandmother, great-grandmother and matriarch of the Avigdor family. She was interred in Mt.
