Selma Ruth Waxman, of West Hartford died May 24. She was the widow of Kalmon Y. Waxman. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Bess and Jacob Tylum Goldman. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Mitchell of Boulder, Colo., Terry Weyl of Portland, Me., and Wendy Waxman of New York, N.Y.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
