Bertram Rashkow, 92, of Florida, formerly of West Orange, N.J., died May 15. He was the widower of Lenore Schafer Rashkow. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II (1944-1946). He is survived by his children, Donna Ganslaw and her husband Stuart, and Andrew Rashkow; his sister, Florence Jacks; five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
