Harry Racher, 86, of Old Saybrook, died May 2. He was the widower of Marion (Churchill) Racher. Born in New Britain, he was the son of the late Morris and Sonia (Weisberg) Racher. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was also predeceased by his brothers, Manuel and Robert Racher, and his sister, Rose Racher. He is survived by his step-son Frederick West and his wife Sandra of Burlington; his grandchildren, Holly Delano and Ted Delano; and his great-grandson, Tyler; his brother-in-law David West and his wife Sandra; his sisters, Beatrice Fogel Bagley of Aventura, Fla., and Sylvia Bender of Laguna Hills, Calif.; and several nieces and nephews.
