Mitti Shoshany named director of Nitzvan Nursery School

Mitti Shoshany has been named director of the Nitzan Nursery School of Congregation Beth El in Norwalk. Shoshany will join the staff this summer, following the retirement of Nitzan’s current director, Beverly Stein.

Shoshany has more than 25 years of experience in education, both in Israel and the United States. She has served as lead teacher at several Jewish pre-schools, including those of Bet Torah in Mt. Kisco, N.Y., Chabad of Bedford Hills, N.Y., and Maimonides Academy in Danbury. In those positions she was responsible for curriculum development, enrichment programs, school-wide Jewish holiday celebrations, Hebrew classes, field days organization, and community engagement programs.
