Dr. Samuel Sprotzer, 67, of Woodbridge, died April 3. He was the husband of Judy (Rubin) Sprotzer. Born in Ulm, Germany, he was the son of the late Louis and Genia (Sobel) Sprotzer. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michael Sprotzer of Miami, Fla., Arielle Sprotzer and her husband Evan Schlansky of Nashville, Tenn. and Elizabeth Sprotzer of Queens, N.Y.
