Philip “Doctor Phil” Schiff, 79, of Tolland, formerly of Manchester, died March 23. Born in Camden N.J., he is survived by his children, Deb Schiff of New Jersey, and William Schiff and his wife Julia of Arizona; his granddaughters, Erin, Tori and Lauren; his long-time partner Janet Enes, her son Michael and his wife Kristine Enes, and their children Leah and Michael; his sister Joan Gelman of New Jersey; and many nieces and nephews.
