Walter Joelson, 92, of Stamford, died March 16. He was the husband of Karen Joelson. Born in Berlin, Germany, he was the son of the late Fritz and Antoinette Joelsohn, who perished in the Holocaust. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Deborah and her husband David Neal, David and his wife Sharon, Ronald and his wife Renee; and his grandchildren, Michael and his wife Christina, Andrew, Benjamin and his wife Ashley, Michelle and her husband Shane, Jonathan, Madeline, Peter, Richard, Patrick, and Katherine. He was also predeceased by his sister Ursula, who also perished in the Holocaust.
