Mickey Fendell, 78, of West Hartford, died Feb. 8. He was the husband of Rose Joy Ulan. Raised in Manchester, he was the son of Lillian and Manning Fendell. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Lilli Fendell and her husband Ryan Waltz, Manny Fendell, Lauren Cryan and her husband Steven, Marc Ulan and his wife Lilian; his daughter-in-law Keri Fendell; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Steckel, Kay Waltz, Oscar Waltz, Haily Cryan, Zachary Ulan and Jacob Fendell. He was also predeceased by his brother Norman.
