Sylvia (Manson) Rubin, 92, of West Hartford, formerly of New Britain, died Jan. 18. She was the widow of Harry Isidore Rubin. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Simon and Bluma Manson. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Carol Manson of Plantation Creek, Fla.; her nephews and niece, Bryan Manson, Seth Manson and Rebecca (Manson) Epstein; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jenna and Samuel Epstein, and Jeremy Zachary Manson. She was also predeceased by her brother, Dr. Edwin Manson.
