Charlotte Halpert, 84, of Farmington, formerly of Manhattan, died Jan. 5. Born in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Sadie (Applegreen) Halpert. She was also predeceased by her sister, Sylvia (Halpert) Valensi. She is survived by her niece, Pamela (Valensi) Reardon and her husband Sean, and their children, Connor and Aaron; and her personal aide, Evadney Henry.
