Dorothy (Zelinsky) Libby of Glastonbury, formerly of Norwich, died Nov. 23. She was the widow of Sydney M. Libby. Born in Poland, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Lena (Tendler) Zelinsky. She is survived by her children, Samuel V. Libby, and Charlene Mehr and her husband, John; her granddaughters, Chelsea and Jillian Mehr; and many nieces and nephews.
