Rae (Oster) Grobard, 78, of Dallas, Ga., formerly of West Hartford, died Dec. 10. Born in the Bronx, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Saul and Fannie (Kandell) Oster. She is survived by her children, Scott, Glenn and Shari; and her grandchildren, Madison, Casey, Sidney, Zachary, Samantha and Brett. She was also predeceased by her brother, Stanley.
